I teach Hatha-Vinyasa Yoga in English with clarity, presence, and purpose. My intention is to create a space where each student feels seen, supported, and respected. I honor the unique path of every individual, guiding with compassion and care, so that yoga becomes not just a practice—but a personal journey of growth and connection.

As a physical therapist with many years of experience in both private practice and hospital settings, I offer hands-on techniques to help you move with greater ease and confidence. My physical therapist background allows me to adapt my yoga instruction to suit your individual needs and medical conditions, always honoring your unique path.

Andrea Sterns Yoga Story:
After giving birth to my first daughter in 2008, I felt stiff and tired—despite my background in sports and years of experience as a physical therapist. Discovering yoga at that time was transformative, and it continues to inspire and teach me to this day.
Yoga introduced me to a deeper level of movement—one that connects body, soul, and life philosophy. As a physical therapist, motivating others to move has always been a personal goal. My own morning practice adapts to my energy, shifting between dynamic flows and calming stillness. Yoga, uniquely, supports health by bridging inner and outer experience.
