Benefits of receiving Adjustments

Hello,

Giving you adjustments during your yoga practice is one of the things I enjoy about teaching yoga and something I specialize in.

In my experience, receiving adjustments makes a big difference compared to practicing online by yourself or joining in-person yoga classes.

With an eagle eye, I observe your movements and posture, ensuring that you feel both aligned and comfortable in every pose. 

I see adjustments are not only as corrections but invitations to explore the potential of each pose. Even small changes can make a big difference, helping you find better balance, stability, or a deeper stretch.

In conclusion, adjustments help you become more aware of your body, engage muscles, release tension, and support you in your alignment.

So when a teacher gives adjustments, it’s an opportunity to help you,

feel each pose more fully and safely.
