Hello,
Our breath is with us all the time — whether we notice it or not. Most of the time, it moves quietly on its own, keeping us alive without asking for attention. But when we gently bring our awareness to it, our breath becomes a wonderful bridge between body and mind, guiding us into presence and calm.
Through conscious breathing, we can influence our energy and how we feel, calm our thoughts, and reconnect with the present moment. That’s why in Yoga, breath is often the starting point, guiding us inward before we move into Asana or Meditation.

It weaves through your entire yoga practice like a red thread, enveloping the movement in dynamic sequences, providing stability and openness in standing asanas.
It accompanies you like a good friend, always there—giving you strength with each inhalation and relaxation with each exhalation.
Ujjayi breath helps to focus, generate inner warmth, and support the body’s natural cleansing process.
To practice it, gently narrow the back of your throat (the glottis) — as if you were softly whispering “haaa” with your mouth closed.
Let your breath flow smoothly in and out through the nose, creating a steady, gentle ocean-like sound.

Keep your breathing slow, even, and continuous, allowing the sound to guide your rhythm. With each breath, you’ll feel more grounded, centered, and connected to your practice.
Allowing each moment to bring you closer to presence and peace.
Enjoy your yoga practice and the gift of breath.
