Welcome

Connect with your body and mind through powerful and gentle movements. I aim to meet you exactly where you are on your journey.

I teach Hatha-Vinyasa Yoga with a clear and well-prepared approach, adapting to the needs of my students to accommodate all levels.

Our yoga classes guide you from breathwork to poses to self-awareness, allowing you to build strength and flexibility both physically and mentally.

Breath guides movement as we flow through sequences, concluding with a short, grounding meditation that invites peace.

As a physical therapist, I am dedicated to supporting your current abilities and guiding you safely and easily through each class. My classes are enriched with sound, music, and scent to create an atmosphere of harmony around and within you. I focus on body alignment and offer hands-on techniques to enhance your practice.

Teaching yoga means supporting you, providing the space to connect within yourself, and integrating your experience into your daily life.

Join our lovely international yoga community in Caldas da Rainha or Bom Sucesso Resort, Obidos.

Andrea Stern

My personal yoga story:
In 2008, after giving birth to my first daughter, I felt stiff and tired despite my background in sports and years as a physical therapist. Discovering yoga at that time was transformative, continuing to inspire and teach me today.

Yoga has introduced me to a deeper level of movement that integrates soul and life philosophy, fostering awareness and focus. As a physical therapist, motivating others to exercise has always been a key goal. Yoga, uniquely, promotes wellness by bridging the gap between inner and outer experiences.

My personal practice typically begins in the morning, adjusting to my energy levels with practices that range from powerful to calming and gentle.
