10.00 – 11.00 AM: Yoga with Andrea Stern
I am a experienced yoga instructor and physical therapist and like to guide you through a flow of mindful movements and breathing exercises with the awareness of your own abilities. The exercise called Asanas will support you strength, flexibility and cultivate a peaceful mind.
11.30 – 12.30 PM: Rural Tai Chi with Jeff
Continue your wellness journey with a session of Rural Tai Chi. Led by our expert instructor Jeff. This ancient Chinese art focuses on cultivating balance, strength, and tranquility through flowing movements. Discover the gentle power of Tai Chi.
