Written by This Wednesday is our final yoga session this year, as I’ll be traveling. We’ve formed a lovely international yoga community over the last few weeks. The location is unique on the 7th floor on top of the Silios in Caldas da Rainha. I’m thankful for the experiences of the first five classes, and I’m looking forward to continuing our yoga journey together next year. I wish you joyful, heart-lighted holidays and a happy start in the new year.
This Wednesday’s session will be dedicated to warming up the body and centering our focus on the heart. Let’s come together and light the inner flame. You are welcome to join at the last minute.
